Ilias Paramonas

ILIAS is a holiday house in idyllic location in a rural area, above the extensive Paramonas beach on the southwestern coast of the Ionian island of Corfu.

This was just a wonderful stay. Beautiful peaceful garden. Everything was done with taste to the smallest details, lots of flowers,lemon trees,butterflies, lots of places for rest, just a paradise to run away from the hectic lifestyle in the big cities. Romantic area for the dinner in the garden. Even swings, can't wait to come back again. The owner lady was such a kind soul.

The little house in Paramonas is delightful, the garden splendid; the accommodation is perfectly equipped, and we were very appreciative of the owner's little attentions (fruit on the table, bottle of wine...) The people who look after the house (watering, cleaning etc....) were absolutely adorable and very attentive. I would like to thank them. There was just one small thing: the sofa bed that you say is in the living room is actually in the kitchen. You can't say there's a living room. It's not very important, but as it was my bedroom space (my friend slept in the bedroom)...... I would have liked a little more space. The house is very well located, the environment is wonderful, wild and calm, the sea is close by and the village of Agios Matheos a few kilometres away is charming. I really recommend it.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem phantastischen liebevollst angelegten Garten. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es war alles wirklich herausragend sauber und nett hergerichtet. Vielen Dank.

Entspannter Aufenthalt, einfache saubere Unterkunft für Ehepaar evtl mit Kind bis Vorschulalter geeignet.

Ein schönes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet mit viel Platz auf 2 Terrassen und einem großen Garten. Dieser ist schön gestaltet und bietet viele schöne Plätze zum relaxen. Strand und Tavernen sind nach 5 min. Fußweg zu erreichen und Supermärkte nach einer kurzen Autofahrt. Fenster und Türen sind mit Mückenschutz ausgestattet , sodass man ungestört schlafen konnte. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederkommen!

Wir waren zum 3. Mal da, sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter, wunderschöner Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzplätzen, Liegestühlenund Höngematten, gut ausgestattete Küche, schönes Plätzchen abseits der Touristenströme,

Notre séjour s'est bien passé. La maison est bien située, proche de la plage. Le jardin est très agréable

This stay was beautiful, house is fully equipped. It basically has everything in the kitchen in the bathroom….There is a big garden with grill and a lot of space for relax:) choosing this apartment was the best choice. There is also a beach. You can reach it in 5 mins by walk. Best choice is to reach this accommodation is to rent a car to get there:)

Das Haus Ilias ist super schön, hat einen traumhaften und liebvoll gestalteten riesigen Garten.

Ruhe und Erholung vorprogrammiert.

Im Haus findet man Alles was man braucht.

Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Sie haben uns sehr liebevoll empfangen.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt zu kurz, aber wir kommen auf Jedenfall wieder.

Wir kamen am 11. Juni um 13:00 Uhr an und konnten bereits in die Hütte gelangen. Der Besitzer wartete bereits vor der Tür. Im Ferienhaus war alles vorhanden, was du brauchst. Es war sogar Obst, Blumen und Ouzo bereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Klimaanlage und den Bildschirmen. Darüber hinaus gab es überall einen fantastischen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten und vielen Blumen. Am Abreisetag durften wir sogar bis zum Abend bleiben und das war fantastisch, weil unser Flugzeug erst um 20 Uhr abreiste. Darüber hinaus möchten wir uns auch bei ihnen für ihre Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit und die Flasche Kumquat bei der Abreise bedanken. Brian und Cinthya Bierman

Wunderbares Häuschen, perfekt für unsre kleine Familie.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Straße etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt. Die Wohnung selber ist super sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Der sehr hübsche Garten lädt zum verweilen ein und ein großer Grill steht auch zur Verfügung. Im Ort gibt es ein Restaurant und eine Taverne, außerdem kann man am Sandstrand schön baden. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Garten. Hier duftet es toll nach Blumen. In den Bäumen hängen Pfirsiche, Lemonen,Oliven und Bananen.

Im Haus fehlt es an nichts.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Paramonas. Auch der Strand ist Fußnah zu erreichen und bietet eine tolle Aussicht und leckere Tavernen.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, es fehlte an wirklich gar nichts. Es gibt einen traumhaften, großen Garten mit Liegen, Hängematten, Essbereich Terasse, etc. In ca 10 min geht man zu Fuß an einer schmalen Straße, die gesäumt ist von Olivenbäumen, zu einem schönen Sandstrand.( Es geht flach ins Wasser hinein ). Am Strand gibt es einen Liegestuhlverleih und 2 Tavernen. Zum Einkaufen und für Ausflüge braucht man ein Auto.

Le jardin de la maison est un havre de paix, très jolie, plein de fleurs de plantes, pêche bananes citrons avec hamac barbecue à dispo, on a adoré. L'intérieur de la maisonnette est petit mais très fonctionnel et propre. seul bémol cest le lit qui nest pas très confortable. mais ça fait l'affaire pour quelques nuits. les hôtes sont tres accueillants , la femme de ménage dune extrême gentillesse. elle nous a autorisé à partir plus tard pour que l'on puisse profiter du jardin avant notre départ. la plage est à quelques minutes a pied sur un jolie chemin, jolie plage et 2 restau très sympa en bord de mer, plage sympa et peu fréquentée dans un.cadre naturel préservé rare de nos jours.

Ett extraordinärt boende på många sätt ❣️ Huset låg vackert beläget med en fantastiskt välordnad trädgård, nära jättefin och lugn strand med några mysiga restauranger..inte mycket turister. Två supermarkets i närheten (2-3 km) som hade det mesta för att kunna laga mat. Värden var mycket omhändertagande och hade ordnat presenter i form av olivolja, ouzo och vin samt egenodlade grönsaker utan kostnad!! Kan rekommenderas varmt! Obs! Vägarna är väldigt smala och stup på sidorna så när du åker från flygplatsen sent, vilket vi gjorde, tag vägen som går längs med kusten, den är mycket bredare, ner till Messonghi och därefter upp en bit norr, istället för att åka över bergen. I övrigt fläckfritt boende och område! 5/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house Ilias at Paramonas is wonderful. In fact it was even better then described when we booked our stay. The house is fine but it is the grounds at front and back that are so special. A small tiled patio area at the front with seating area surrounded by plants and flowers, then the big garden at the rear can be accessed along the side of the house, or directly via a balcony from the bedroom. The garden is split into sections: an area with paths around the trees, shrubs and flowers, then a section with two wonderful hammocks, before a third area with a large barbeque, table and chairs (as well as swings for children and sun loungers).

It is just a 10 minute stroll down to the beachfront where there are two tavernas, from where you can watch the sun go down, and after that you can return to the balcony at the back of the house for beer/wine as the garden becomes a different magical place when the lights hidden amongst the plants are switched on. We had a wonderful time. But beware of the last 2 or 3 kilometres of the approach road - it is very uneven in places with many potholes. But it is well worth the effort. Currently the property name, Ilias, is not shown on the property. It is semi-detached and is next to Casa Piccolino and directly opposite Loukia Luxury Appartments. The images on Google Streetview are out of date, going back to 2011.

Amazing house and yard! Konstantina was a very gracious host and even brought us some homemade wine from her garden. Walking distance to the beach and to restaurants. The difficulty for us was finding the house as it was on an unnamed road. We'd stay here again.

Vlak bij de zee gelegen pittoresk huisje met fantastische tuin en 2 overdekte terassen direct aan huis en een in de tuin. De wifi was uitstekend en een goede TV met satelliet. Uitgebreide keuken artikelen en een wasmachine. Zeer grote slaapkamer aangrenzend aan balkon. Heel attent stonden er 2 flessen water en een flesje Ouzo met wat fruit klaar en de laatste avond kwamen ze een flesje Kumquat brengen.

Wir hatten einen wirklich wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Dina. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, top ausgestattet und verfügt über einen herrlichen, verwunschenen Garten, den unser Sohn sehr genossen hat. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung wurde zwischenzeitlich erneuert und die Bilder täuschen darüber hinweg, wie schön die Wohnung mit Garten wirklich ist. Dina ist auch eine sehr herzliche Person! Daher: absolute Empfehlung!!!

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cette jolie maison de vacances avec sa décoration et son jardin. L'accueil a aussi été parfait. A recommander !

The pictures of the house do not do it justice-it is much prettier inside and out. It had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beach and a really great restaurant called Skala. Lovely stay.
